General Information
- All prices are net F.O.B. Union Bridge ,MD
- First time orders will be C.O.D.
- To those with established credit our terms are net 30.
- Any account not paid in 60 days will be on a C.O.D. basis. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Claims for shortages and damages must be made in writing within 10 days of delivery.
- Once an order is dug it cannot be canceled.
Shipping and Pickup of orders
- We offer a limited local delivery service on our own trucks
- Orders can be picked up between 8:00 am-5:30 pm Monday thru Friday. Please call to schedule pick-up.
- We use independent trucking firms for trailer loads and out of state shipping. We will do our best to accommodate partial loads. All freight is C.O.D.
- All spring bookings must be shipped by April 15th.
